- Collaborate with team members to launch projects.·
- Under the support/guidance of assigned senior engineers, Understand project requirements and concepts to complete the assigned tasks as quality and schedule requirements. ·
- Ensuring that the design is undertaken in accordance with local codes and international standards·
- Ensure that all drawings are reviewed and checked before submission by engineer/senior/leader engineers·
- Taking the best of the provided BIM platform, coordinate with other disciplines in working on 3D designing software in order to design neat and clashing control as required.·
- Coordination with the Belgium team·
- Miscellaneous Office Duties·
- To provide a clash detection report.·
- Clean up and synchronize models/drawings on a daily basis to the cloud collaboration platform·
- Generate quantity schedule from model
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Dynamic and motivated BIM HVAC engineer with 0-2 years of experience working in a similar position and workscope.·
- Strong experience with Revit MEP software, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360·
- Has experience in Pharma Industry/ Dynamo/API software is a plus.·
- Ability to read and understand complex design and construction drawings with minimal assistance and oversight·
- In-depth knowledge of international/ European codes.·
- Knowledge of relevant HVAC software or willingness to learn.·
- Good communication in English speaking and writing.·
- Willing to travel to Belgium for training or projects.
