  Mô tả công việc

  • Lead a structure design team by organization, schedule and checking to coordinate with other M&E and Architect Teams for a whole project design.
  • Creates schematic designs, prepares drawings and reviews plans.
  • Analyze calculations and the performance of structural designs using standards and governing codes, engineering formulas and experience.
  • Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into a unified design.
  • Uses computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
  • Review the shop drawings completed by subordinates.
  • Coordination with other sections such as electrical, mechanical, architectural, etc.
  • All other duties as directed by supervisor.

  Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Proficiency at REVIT, AutoCAD, Etab or Sap, Safe, Plaxis
  • Use of engineering and drafting instruments and related equipment. Planning, mathematical and technical skills.
  • Use graphic instructions, such as blueprints, schematic drawings, or other visual aids.
  • Modern methods, techniques and design concepts as applied to the design and construction of public buildings.
  • 08~10 year experience in structural engineering and 03 year experience in the same position.
  • Implementing Vietnamese Building Codes, Standards and Regulations.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods and processes used in Vietnam
  • Experience in High-rise building design.
  • Experience in developing drawings
  • Experience in Building Cost Estimate
