<p>• Manage Engineering team.<br/>• Creating and being responsible for Workload and Capacity planning of engineering team.<br/>• Make action plans to develop the professionalism of the Engineering department.<br/>• Make drawing checklist, drawing instruction<br/>• Work together with colleagues in Holland<br/>• Directly making report to Managing Director and Engineering Manager in the Holland.<br/>• Contribute to improve overall cooperation between Vietnam and Holland. <br/>• Provide technical and supervisory assistance to Purchase and Production department<br/>• Proactively assist Production department to improve production efficiency.<br/>• Assist Production department with implementation of new production technologies.<br/>• Assist Quality department to implement measurable Quality Assurance.<br/>• Make sure that questions from production and purchasing department will be answered quickly.<br/>• Cooperate with Production, Purchasing and Finance department for making the Detail Planning of all projects which are being carried out.<br/></p>

<p>• Working location: Palfinger Boats Vietnam factory at Pho Noi A IZ , Hung Yen<br/>• Education: University level (Maritime university is preferred)<br/>• Language: English is required (Listen, Speak, Read, Write)<br/>• Good computer skills: ability to work with engineering software, such as AutoCAD and 3D modelling. Experience with Inventor software is preferred.<br/>• Basic computer skills with software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word<br/>• At least 2 years working experience in related field (Mechanical Engineering)<br/>• Effective communication skills to communicate with your colleagues in Vietnam and Holland.<br/>• Familiar with working in a foreign manufacturing company.<br/>• Be able to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.<br/>• Well-organized and reliable with good ability to work independently.<br/>• Preferred age 25-30 years old<br/></p>
