At factory there are 300 employees (including 100 part-timers and 30 office staffs).
75%of them are female, and regarding office staffs 80% is female.
There is a Japanese factory manager, Mr. Miyahara.
Now there is a female production management manager whose age is 43, and there is a leader who was converted from QC team. The manager is very kind generous. But they cannot speak Japanese, so Hisamitsu wants to hire production management staff who can speak Japanese.
