  Mô tả công việc

  • Work directly with the Client, Senior Operations Managers and project team(s) leaders i n all phases from project planning, conceptual design, design development to construction documentation and production of Architecture.
  • Assist in developing the strategy, procedures and methods for production of BIM models, 2D construction documents, presentation, renderings i ncluding the design standards definition for each project.
  • Act as a mentor and a role model i n all matters at all times.
  • Ensuring the team are brief i n the procedures and deliverables agreed with the
  • clients.
  • Work with the team and other disciplines,consultants,suppliers, clients to resolve all the i ssues of codes & regulations, planning and programming, design complexities, clash- coordination i ssues, construction errors of the project.
  • Support in the production of high-quality graphical presentations, 3D renderings, and 2D drawings.
  • Assist in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination.
  • Supervise works and check the Quality and Accuracy of all outgoing works of team members for internal and final project i ssues.
  • Manage the project i nformation and resources to meet the agreed deadlines and project man hours.
  • Produce daily tasks of members, record and keep tracking of project and member hours using internal software “ Polaris" or others.
  • Assist and contribute to build company' standards and training guidelines.

  Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Bachelors’ or Masters' Degree i n Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience with l arge commercial and residential architectural projects.
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese spoken and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of 3D/CAD/BIM software, i ncluding Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper and Archicad.
  • Knowledge and capability of working i n Project Management Software, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketchup, Enscape or Lumion i s a plus.
  • Experience to work on Multi-discipline projects i s a plus.
  • Hand drawing, sketches skills to convey i deas or details to team members and clients.
  • Have the ability to break down from scope of work to simple tasks.
  • Attention to detail, knowledge of materials,process of BIM works and construction techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills, self disciplined and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Confident, friendly, open and contributive minded have the ability to inspire, mentoring, coaching and team building.
  • Knowledge of l ocal building codes of Vietnam.
