- 3D design for the following constructions but not limited to: ° Steelstructures (open and closed)
- Multi-storey sway- and nonsway structures.
-  Pipe racks and supporting structures of equipment.
-  Connections between steel and other materials such as concrete / prefabricated concrete.°    Concrete structures (open and closed)
-  Foundation: beams, pile caps, slabs, etc.
.- Floorslabs, on sand or piles.
-  Liquid tight floors / tankpits / structures.
-  Superstructures poured on site.
-  Prefab systems for buildings/structures.
- Fire-resistant concrete structures.·     Focus on constructability, practical detailing, and knowledge of the way of working on construction sites. ·    
- Working in multidisciplinary projects, together with disciplines such as piping, E&I, equipment, HVAC, etc..·    
- Communication with the Belgium Industrial Team using a 3D environment such as Tekla, Revit, or BIMCOLLAB. ·    
- Coordination of the design and interface with other disciplines, via a 3D environment such as Tekla, Revit, or BIMCOLLAB.·    
- Responsible for the quality of the work done.·    
- Manage and/or archive files/documents according to internal procedures 

- A dynamic and motivated person with 1 - 2 years of proven experience working in a similar position and workscope.·    
- Ability to work independently and/or in the team on multiple projects simultaneously·   
- Good knowledge of Autocad and 3D software such as REVIT, Tekla, and other Civil/ Industrial Design related software ·   
- Have knowledge of NAVISWORKS. Knowledge of BIMCOLLAB or BIM360 is a plus. ·    
- Construction site experience is a plus· Practical experience in one of the following industries:°    Ferro-Non Ferro / (Petro) Chemical / Pharma / Power Systems / - - Nuclear / Water management·    
- Knowledge of / experience with specific architectural design (foundations / steel / concrete) and design codes.·    
- Knowledge of / experience with other industrial disciplines such as Piping and Mechanical Equipment.·    
- Good communication skills. Good English speaking and writing.·    
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Willing to travel to Belgium for training or projects if required.
