  Mô tả công việc

  • You will make up and be the main responsible staff for our R&D department. You will work with Designers, Engineers and Sample team to further develop our Home Furniture Business.
  • You will be in direct contact with our overseas customers from the first idea of ​​new products to the 3D drawing presentation to the final sample, during the process you will be in contact with the customer to follow the process.
  • You will be hands on from the drawings to the making of the samples, work with design and construction as well to make sure it will cost efficient for mass production, in our own factory.
  • You will work with our Production Management Team to improve existing products as well as new ones, and with cost accounting to review costing and savings of each product.
  • As the R&D manager you are working under the Creative Director who is of Scandinavian nationality.
  • You are a team player that have the knowledge and competence to build and lead a fast growing team in our company.


  Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • English verbal and written.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in the home furniture industry.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in the R&D department as manager or equal.
  • Good knowledge in materials like timber, steel, fabrics, coatings and quality requirements in the home furniture industry.
  • Decent knowledge of 3D studio max and Autocad.
  • Open minded and proven leadership as a team player.
