  Mô tả công việc

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using Revit.
  • Foster a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings, discussions, and assisting others when needed.
  • Supreme work ethic, self-motivated with a demonstrated penchant for ownership and getting the job done.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills when interacting with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders, and represent the company positively both internally and externally.
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting of work, done in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills in handling daily tasks and challenges, and seek assistance when needed.
  • Manage personal workload efficiently, meet set deadlines, and be proactive and creative in identifying and implementing ways to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts through to construction documentation.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with Australian building codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical elements into designs.
  • Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior draftspersons and team members.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

 

  Yêu cầu ứng viên

 
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Mandatory: High proficiency in Revit.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Dynamo, Sketchup,
  • Language Skills: Exceptional technical and conversational English communication skills (interviews will be conducted in English).
  • International Experience: Previous experience with international firms or working on Australian projects is essential.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Australian building standards and codes.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
