  Mô tả công việc

  • Designing buildings project, such as: Industrial factory, Food factory project, Pharmaceutical plant project, Hospital, Commercial building project from Concept design, Basic design to Detail design
  • Management of all building projects
  • Acting as building supervisors at construction site to construct the buildings when required
  • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal disciplines such as structure, architecture, HVAC, plumbing, drainage and fire-fighting.
  • Other duties are assigned by the Civil Manager/ Building team leader
  • Report to Senior Manager, Civil Department Manager or Building team leader

  Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Bachelor’s degree in building design engineering or equivalent
  • Have at least 5 years or more experience in building design
  • Have design license or/ and supervision license in building architecture is a plus
  • It would be advantages if having experiences in building Fire-fighting system
  • Have experience in Clean room Project, GMP regulation is a benefit
  • Good at computer and communication skills, CAD software and a strong attention to detail (Have Revit software skill is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of international codes and Vietnamese law and regulations relating to building design
  • Good English communication skills
  • Willing to work in overseas and work at construction sites in other provinces
  • Open minded and would like to have long time employment with our company
  • High responsible and proactive person
