  Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and manage MEP models using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Prepare detailed and coordinated 3D models and 2D documentation.
  • Lead clash detection and resolution processes using Navisworks or similar tools.
  • Support BIM workflows, content development, and project setup.

  Yêu cầu ứng viên

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental/ Hydraulic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in BIM modeling for NZ/AU projects.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of NZ/AU building codes and services standards.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with remote/international design teams is a plus.


Desirable Attributes:
  • Knowledge of other MEP disciplines is an advantage.
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
