  Mô tả công việc

  • Objectives of the Position: As part of design team to develop architectural documents for bidding process for both pre-contract phase and post contract phase, Moreover, take charge of development, implementation and enforcement of Architectural BIM Modeling processes, workflows and standards
  • Produce architectural and technical models and drawings by using Revit for projects.
  • Work as part of a Revit BIM team to achieve consistent results.
  • Make adjustment 3D perspectives as per client’s expectations to ensure a successful project
  • Perform 3D renderings and other visualizations for interior and exterior. • Collaborate with other teams on specific aspects of the projects.

  Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural or related field
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in industrial building design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DMax, Adobe Premier, NavisWork for 4D, Photoshop, MS office
  • Well understand local codes and regulations of Architectural in Industrial Building.

  Quyền lợi được hưởng

  • Salary: negotiation.
  • 13th salary, bonus, healthcare, laptop and other benefits: following labor law and company’s policy.
  • Monthly phone fee: will be paid by the company.
  • Working time: Monday-Friday (8h-17h).
